The first group contains pictures taken at the San Francisco California Academy of Sciences, a couple of pictures of Nathaniel and pictures taken at the Orchid Society's Pacific Orchid Expo at the start of the year. The second group of pictures were taken in the Monterey Bay Area in February. The third group of pictures were taken at Yosemite NP. Groups 4 through 7 were taken on a July cruise to Alaska that began and ended in Seattle, WA. Groups 8 and 9 contain pictures that were taken in the Monterey Bay Area on a family outing in September, and include the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Asilomar, the Carmel Mission and Point Lobos State Reserve. Group 8 pictures were taken at Lake Tahoe's Sand Harbor State Park. Group 11 contains pictures that were taken at the Garden Valley Ranch in Petaluma, CA. Group 12 pictures were taking during Thanksgiving and two Christmas gatherings.
